Deacon Tom is a retired, decorated US Army Colonel whose career included service in Vietnam, Korea, Germany, Belgium, and in the US including the Pentagon. His post-military work included management in Harris and is presently Director, Industry Education Programs, at Florida Institute of Technology. He was ordained a Deacon in 2004 and assigned to Ascension Parish in Melbourne.
