Tim Staples is a nationally known Catholic apologist and speaker who can be frequently heard on the Catholic Answers radio program on WDMC 920 AM Catholic Radio. After a four-year tour in the U.S. Marine Corps, he converted to Catholicism and spent six years in formation for the priesthood, earning a degree in philosophy and studying theology at the graduate level. Realizing that his calling was not to be a priest, Tim left the seminary in 1994 and has been working in Catholic apologetics and evangelization ever since. He will give talks at the conference on God is Looking for a Few Good Men and Catholics and the Culture Wars.
